Ryan Hays

LADC-MH – Therapist

Ryan grew up in, Oklahoma. After 22 years of living in active addiction, he received treatment at Rob’s Ranch in February of 2015.  Ryan worked for the Department Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services from 2017 until he came to work at Rob’s Ranch in 2021.  He has an Associates of Science, a Bachelors of Science, and a Masters of Arts Degree in Addictions Counseling.  Ryan is a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor + Mental Health.  Ryan is passionate about helping individuals and their families heal from trauma and addiction, and enjoys providing guidance and support as his clients find their path to recovery.
